Biography

John Leamon was born on 27 September 1903 in jay County, Indiana,^[1] the youngest of four known children, all sons, of John and Grace Starbuck Leamon.

In April 1910, he was living in Pennville, Jay, Indiana.^[2]

In 1922-1923, when he was in his late teens, he married Vada Williams. She bore him four known children, two sons and two daughters:

1. Barbara Leamon
2. Walter Leamon
3. Joe Leamon
4. Janice Leamon.

In April 1930. he was living in Penn Twp, Jay, Indiana^[3]

On 2 September 1967, a few weeks before his sixty-fourth birthday, he died in Union, Boone County, Kentucky, of unknown causes.
