Leavitt-2039 and Leavitt-111 appear to represent the same person because: Similar birth and death details, same wife. Find A Grave has the date of death as 13 May 1824. Thanks for reviewing.

Deleted several paragraphs of biographical information which had no relationship to this Johnathan Leavitt. It appeared to describe his great-grandfather, John Leavitt, instead.
