"William Levett's will 9 Oct 1626 in Colchester, Essex, England refers to Elder John White of Hartford, Connecticut"

Hartford, Conn. did not exist in 1626. It wasn't established until the mid-1630s so William Levett's will could not have identified John White as being of Hartford, Conn. when he didn't arrive in Massachusetts until 1632.

Levett-99 and Levitt-42 appear to represent the same person because: I would think the earlier birth approximation would be closer to correct.
