Frances was the daughter of James Sidney and Julia Dawson Ledford. She married Ernest Miller 1/20/1927 in Christian Co., KY. They had one daughter. She was an active member of First Christian Church and served as the Church Hostess for a number of years. She was also famous for the cakes she made at Christmastime. Their home was on Wooldridge Rd. in Hopkinsville.
