Biography

James Ledford was born in Appalachia, in Kentucky.

James was born in 1842. He is the son of Aley Ledford and Elizabeth Farmer.

James and his first wife, Mary " Polly " Farley` Ledford, had 6 children total. The last 2, Martha & John both being born after their divorce in 1867.

He passed away in 1914. He is buried at the Lovelace Cemetery , Mariba, Menifee County, Kentucky, USA [1]
