Helen (Leech) Potter was born in Dukinfield, Cheshire, England.

Helen, daughter of John Leech and Jane Ashton,, was born on 15 April 1839 and baptised on 26 September 1839 at Old Chapel-Presbyterian, Dukinfield, Cheshire, England.[1]

In the 1841 census Hellen (age 2) was in Stockport, Cheshire, England.[2]

In the 1851 census Helen (age 11), Scholar At Home, was the daughter of John Leech in Palace Gardens, St Margaret, Middlesex, England.[3]

She married Rupert Potter, son of Edmund Potter and Jessie Crompton, in 1863 .[4]at Stockport, Cheshire, England.

In the 1871 census Helen (age 31) was the wife of Rupert Potter in Kensington, Middlesex, England.[5]

In the 1881 census Helen (age 41) was the wife of Rupert Potter in Bolton Gardens, Kensington, London, Middlesex, England.[6]

In the 1891 census Helen (age 51) was the wife of Rupert Potter in Kensington, London, England.[7]

In the 1901 census Helen (age 61) was the wife of Rupert Potter in Kensington, London, England.[8]

In the 1911 census Helen (age 71) was the wife of Rupert Potter at 2 Bolton Gardens, South Kensington S W, Kensington, London, England.[9]

Helen died on 20 December 1932 in Westmorland, England and their estate passed probate on 17 January 1933 in London, England.[10]
