There is a Jean (Leech) Martin -- Leech 64 -- that is a close match. I would say there's a strong likelihood that Jane is the correct name, since she had a daughter named Jane.

Leach-2235 and Leech-64 appear to represent the same person because: The spelling is just a variation of the same surname. Either could be correct. I will do more research. The spouse is the same for each.
