On 14 January 1676 Cunégone Gervaise married Jean Baptiste Lefebvre dit Saint-Jean, who was ten years her senior. The marriage contract done before notary Bénigne Basset is dated 13 January and the list of the persons assembled for the signing is a who's-who of Montréal[3].[4]

Jean Baptiste passed away 27 April 1715 at the Age of 68 in Montreal, Canada. [8]

Cunégonde was buried nine years later on 16 February 1724 at the Age of 67 in Montréal (ND) [9]
