Biography

Magdalena married John "Hannes" Miller Sr. (born in Europe) on 01 Jan 1748 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Her husband was also known as "Indian John" or "Crippled John" or "Wounded John," because he was wounded by the Indians when they were taking the family of Jacob Hostetler into captivity. Magdalena and John had ten children--5 sons and 6 daughters, all born in Somerset County
