Albert was born in 1871. He was the son of James Lemon and Sarah Eagles. He lived with his parents and siblings in Sydenham, Grey, Ontario in 1881.[1] and in Grey, Ontario in 1901.[2]
Albert married Olivia May Arlidge on 7 Sep 1921 in Toronto, York, Ontario.[3]
