Biography
Martha Leonard was born 23 Oct 1695 in Springfield, to parents Benjamin Leonard and wife Sarah. [1]
Martha Leonard is called daughter Martha Ferre Jordan in her father's will 19 December 1724.
Martha is noted, in the "Desc of William Scott" cited in sources, as having a husband named Joseph Ashley prior to her marriage to Charles Ferry.
Marriage: 10 Feb 1710- 1715 Springfield, Hampden, MA to Joseph Ashley Ashley-1192 [2] Marriage: 13 July 1722 to Charles Ferry in West Springfield, MA
Martha and Joseph Ashley had at least 3 children before Joseph's death in 1720.
