Biography

St Peter Langtoft

Hannah Leppington daughter of Francis Leppington and his wife, Jane Milner, was baptised at St Peter, Langtoft on the 10th of January 1678. ^[1]

On the 14th of June 1696 she married Thomas Anderson, son of Henry Anderson. ^[2] Thomas lived and farmed at the small out-lying settlement of Cottam (now deserted) and it was there that Hannah raised her family of 8 sons and a daughter. ^[3]
