Biography

Catherine was born in Montgomery County, Virginia in 1802. She married John Sowers in January of 1824. Her husband passed away in December of 1876.^[1] She passed away in March of 1885.^[2]

In 1860, John and Catherine were farming in Floyd County, Virginia. First name also spelled Katherine or Katie.
