Biography

Obituary

Frank A. Letterman, 75, one time co-owner and operator of the former Buck Creek coal mine, died at 8 p.m. Thursday at the Freeman-Greene County Hospital.

He had been a resident of Linton for 68 years and was a member of the Linton Baptist Church.

Surviving are the wife, Anna M. Letterman; a son, Harry Joe of Indianapolis; a daughter, Mrs. Wilma Knowles of Indianapolis; a brother, Baker Letterman of Sullivan; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Beckman of Whiteland, and three grandchildren.

The body was taken to the Welch and Cornett Funeral Home. [1]
