"In 1859 when Frederick (note: the Frederick in this record is the father of the Frederick described below) received endowments in the endowment house it was recorded that he was born 17 Oct 1800 in Essex, Upper Canada and that his father was Frederick and that his mother was Modley, and that he was baptized 25 Sep. 1837.
