Margaret (Lewis) Fleming moved back to Virginia with her mother after her father died. They had been living in St. Charles, Missouri. She was a member of the First Families of Virginia. [1] She is buried in the Fleming Cemetery, Highland County, VA. [2]
Margaret is found in the 1850 census at age 36 living in Highland Co. VA with her husband Wm. Flemming and children Mary L, Clara, Robert H. and Isabella.[3]
