On page 131 ofLewis Patriarchs of Early Virginia and Marylandby Robert J.C.K. Lewis, it says that David and Henry Lewis in 1668 apprenticed in Bristol to George Marks, 4 years, the page is full of information about David and Henry Lewis. Baptism of David Lewis' children in Pyckyawaxon Parish, Charles Co., MD.
