Biography
Frankie Jean Lewis was born and raised in Paducah, KY. Her parents were Charles Milton Lewis and Lula Jones Lewis. She and her parents moved to Memphis, Tennessee in about 1943. She married Joseph Lavern Sowell on Oct. 9, 1948. Frankie and Joe are buried in Magnolia Cemetery in Collierville, TN.
