Hi Brandie,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

Dear Brandie,

I'm back from vacation, and got a chance to look over your tree today. Looks like you got a lot done so far. I added some sources for you. Keep up the good work! -NGP

Hi Brandie

I see that you just did the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. That's great! Also noticed you made 73 contributions to Wikitree, thank you! Here at WikiTree we like to have our members involved with others; collaboration is key!

Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Maybe you have some historically-significant ancestors?

I see you have surnames for tags. Why don't you stop by the One Name Studies project, to see if there's already a name study for (surname) going on? The current leaders for that are Doug Lockwood and Alison Andrus. They would be happy to get you started.

Again, thanks for volunteering to work on Pre-1700 profiles.
