I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. Here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process including screenshots that you might find helpful.

The help pages give lots of information about the process, best to start with 'Before you import a GEDCOM'.

Hi Marlene

If you click on the add button at the very top of the right hand side ( the icon with the plus sign of on it) up comes options and it is the fourth option ( it is below Followed Surnames).Click on this and you will find all the information you need.
