Biography

Elizabeth was born to John Lewis by his wife Mary Garner. Her date of birth is not known, only that her parents married in 1683. She is proven to have been a child of these parents by the will of her mother dated 21st December 1724, wherein her spouse, then deceased, and her apparent youngest son, Lewis Toone, were named.

She was wife to Mark Toone, son of James Toone and Anne Duncombe, proven by the will of her mother Mary, who last married to Richard Price, which named her son-in-law Mark Toon and grandson Lewis Toon.

Mary' Prices will was dated 21 December 1724 and presented for probate at Northumberland Court 20 April 1726.[1]
