Biography
Edwin Lewis was born in about 1867 in Wisconsin to David Lewis and Emmaline Barott[1] In 1870, he is living with his parents and siblings, Emma, Mary, Winter Albert, and Ida in Hubbard, Dodge, Wisconsin.[2] He is presumed to have died before the 1880 census, as he is not on the record with his family,[3] and there is an un-dated marker for him Oakhill Cemetery in Horicon.[4] It is certain that he was dead before 1900, at which time only six of his mother's nine children are living.[5]
