During the 1930 United States Census, 1. Boone Lewis (age 30, born in KY), was living in Cutshin, Leslie, Kentucky, with his wife, 2. Bell Lewis (age 30, born in KY), and their children,

4. Corbet Lewis (Son, age 9, born in KY)

Obituary:

Lola B. Francis, 89, of McWhorter Road, London, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, at Laurel Heights Home for the Elderly.

She was born Jan. 6, 1919 in Leslie County to the late Daniel Boone and Linda Belle (Farley) Lewis. She was a retired cook and restaurant owner.

She was preceded in death by her children Clinton Boggs and Maxine Boggs; a brother Corbett Lewis; and two sisters, Ruby Smith and Eva See.

She is survived by children Julie Vandeventer and Grace Fugate, both of London, Kenny Boggs, of Somerset, and William Boggs, of Lapeer, Mich.; sisters Betty Edwards and Edith Cassidy, of Camden, Ohio, Bertha Boggs and Faye Bach, of Eaton, Ohio; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 7, at House-Rawlings Funeral Home.

Burial followed at Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily.
