Biography

Fay was born 21 August 1906 in Key West, Florida.^[1] She was the daughter of James Melvin Lewis and Eliza Lillian Sands.

She married Thomas Franklin Russell on 22 July 1924 in Key West in a ceremony performed by E. L. Ley, M.G.^[2] The witnesses were Bennie Clayton and Mrs. J. H. [Rumes?]

Fay died on 7 May 1990 in Brooksville, Hernando County, Florida.^[3]
