I think Mary Lewis is attached to the wrong parents. I believe she was the daughter of John Lewis and Elizabeth Ingalls. Elizabeth remarried to Josiah Thayer. In his will he names son-in-law (aka Step son) John Lues and daughter in law (aka step-daughter) Mary Taft. Stephen Taft was also appointer the guardian of Josiah's daughter Martha. I need more documentation for Elizabeth's first marriage to John Lewis, but overall I would say this family fits better as they were located in New Sherborn & Uxbridge. See: Josiah Thayer
