2023 11 19 Thru Piver-37 to Patience Lewis Harrelson (Lewis-3740), these are solid lines. I have gone up thru Piver, Norris, Garrell, West, Miller, Lewis, Harrelson, lines of NC, SC, VA and the lineup is solid. I stand by these lines. Johnny W Piver Jr (Piver-37). Note my DNA. There is a crossroads of families in Carteret, Columbus, Beaufort counties, NC and Horry County, SC. Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis, have ties with the Lewis-Smith, Piver lines. I am proven linked to both. It is prudent to study the Lewis, West, Garrell, Norris Soles lines in this geographical area. The Gore family in particular. This is pivotal point of validation. If proven she is, using Lewis family background, there are two connections to be considering added: 1. George Washington 2. Merriweather Lewis of Lewis and Clark fame. A lot rides on this.

2024 3 4 Update: My personal family tree was compromised and altered over this dispute. I grew up with Piver, Harrelson, Hardy, Gore, Norris families in Tabor City, Columbus County, NC. The names of the SC William Henry Lewis line and books of Horry County are not familiar at all with me. My line, of Lewis-Warner stands together solid. My line is not a part of the SC line. DNA matches are over one dozen with my name attached. There is none really on the SC line at all re me or my family, Piver/Jarrell. In the case of several influent famous people, we all share common DNA in the Warner/ Lewis/ Harrelson, Norris, Soule, etc. line. Seems her half siblings might be something to look at. Her father is legit and John Lewis 1594, her Grandfather is legit. He is the true tie thru his descendants to Warner Hall.- Piver-37

I agree, Patience Lewis was not of the Warner Hall Lewis family. Many discussions have occurred on other platforms. Geni profile here https://www.geni.com/people/Patience-Harrelson/6000000006476049001 shows no known parents. There is some indication that she may be connected to Josiah Lewis and to Mary Lewis Floyd, wife of Moses Floyd (all of whom were in SC - perhaps their aunt and that she may be of Native descent. More research is needed, particularly DNA and Mtdna would be very helpful if a maternal line led back to her. Her parents need to be disconnect here. Thanks. Susanne

Lewis-11337 and Lewis-3740 appear to represent the same person because: 11337 looks questionable. I think someone may have jumped to conclusions on the husband.
