Thomas Judge Lewis was born 28 April 1889 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Henry Zacariah Lewis and Elmira Shanton. He married Alice Margaret Logan on 23 June 1930 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. [1]
