Biography

Jacob signed up for duty in the First World War, claiming to be 43 when he was closer to 47. He listed himself as a chauffeur at the time, living with Ellen at 38 Aberdeen Ave. in Brantford, Ontario. He signed up four months after his son David had enlisted.
