There are no baptisms of children of John and Mary Lilley in Bedfordshire. It's an assumption, a not unreasonable one, that Susanna was their unbaptized daughter. The family may have been non-conformist as Susanna was buried in the Meeting House, a non-conformist place of worship, which was active in Stevington.
Susanna Lilley married Joseph Sheffield of Stevington on 1 June 1790 at Kempston, Bedfordshire[1][2]
She was buried on 12 July 1798 at Stevington, Bedfordshire, the wife of Joseph '
"interred at the Meeting" ie she was non-conformist [3]
