Biography

Lineage of Armiger3 Lilly, (William2, Edmund1 Lilly of Fluvanna County, Virginia)

Both Armiger Lilly Sr and William Lilly had a son named Armiger born about the same time. Armiger who married Rebecca was the son of William Lilly according to the estate records. Armiger Lilly, son of Armiger, went to Kentucky.

Armiger Lilly and Rebecca Hutchinson married 23 December 1800, Fluvanna County, Virginia with the consent of his parents: William Lilly and Elizabeth Pollet. Bond Wm Hutchinson. (3) This second record appears to be the bond. [Note: Armiger was under 21 so needed permission to marry. Rebecca was old enough to marry without permission. William Hutchinson was surely a relative of hers. Elizabeth Pollet was the daughter of Thomas Paullett and Semiramis Johnson, daughter of Thomas Johnson.]
