George was born in 1832. He is the son of James Lindley and Mary Shores. He passed away in 1908. ^[1]

The 1851 Canada Census shows George age 20 living with his parents James and Mary and six siblings in Canada West, Halton County, Nelson Township. (Burlington, Ontario.)
