Biography
Lucinda (Linn) Miller, daughter of Hugh and Mary Ann (Saylor) Linn, was enumerated with her parents in the 1850 and 1860 census. Her age was listed as 8 in 1850 and 18 in 1860.[1][2] In her father's 1879 will, she was named as Lucinda Miller, wife of Bartley Miller, and was bequeathed the sum of $100.[3]
Lucinda and Bartley made their home in Bedford County and raised three children. Lucinda died on 16 August 1921 and was laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Artemas, Bedford County.[4]
