I believe Hotatio has two more children:

Betsey born about 1808, married her cousin Abraham Linscott, and resided Brownfield, Maine.

Elijah born about 1802, married Phoebe Boston, and resided Kennebunkport, Maine and died there Aug 1849. [death record of Elijah's son Horatio, gives father's birth: Cornish]

Noted; Elijah Littlefield's first born male child is named Horatio Littlefield. https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33SQ-GRY6-98WK?mode=g

If anyone can help with these two families, please post a comment.
