Horatio was born about 1780. He is the son of John Littlefield and Merriam Parsons.
Horatio Littlefield (John, John, John, Josiah, John, Edmund) b. 1780 d. m. abt. 1801 [12 June 1800] Hannah Stewart.
Horatio Littlefield of Wells sold to brother John [John Littlefield 3rd of Wells], about 1804, 1/4 of father's estate, and removed to Cornish, ME (York Co. Deeds Book 71 Folio 240) [Horatio removed to Cornish before 1810 Cornish, ME census].

John Littlefield 3rd later sold Horatio's interest in the estate to brother, Joseph Littlefield.
Horatio Littlefied bought land in Cornish in 1809 (York Co. Deeds Book 83: Folio 176) from William Linscott.
He later sold 1/2 of a Cornish lot to Jonathan Stewart. Horatio Littlefield sold the remaining half lot to Oliver Pike of Cornish, ME, in 1814.

The Third Book of Town Records 1755-1811, page 346, VR of Wells, Maine, page 155, Piction Press [2005] Reference: " This certifies that the persons hereafter named were joined in marriage by the subscriber ... 1800 June 12th "Mr. Oratio Littlefield & Miss Hannah Steuart both of Wells; [Attested] Wells Augt 28th 1801, John Storer Just Peace."
1790 – Joshua Waters of Boston, proprietor of land owned by Samuel Phillips and William Phillips [deceased], sold at a price of 20 shillings to Isaac Lynn Scott of Francisborough, [Cornish, Maine] between rivers, great and small Ossipee, land [160 rods times 160 rods by 160 rods] about 100 acres. 19 April 1790
1793 – Levi Chadbourn, collector of taxes, sold to Isaac Linscott, of Francisborough, later Cornish, land in Francisborough. 13 February 1793
1802 – Steven Peas, Cornish, sold a price of $100 to Isaac Linscott, Cornish, yeoman, land beginning Northwest of lot nine on range E, running Southwest to Little River up to one half length of lot 10 then to Isaac's land – [approximately 20 acres] 31 may 1802
1804 – Horatio Littlefield of Wells, sold to brother, John Littlefield Junior, Wells [Maine] land. One quarter of Estate of father, John Littlefield of Wells – wife Hannah [Stewart] signed off claim. "to John and Joseph all rights in estate of father including 50 acres of land of brother Horatio" . "Source: York Co. 1809 – William Linscott, Alfred, sold at a price of $400 to Horatio Littlefield land in Cornish called lot nine on range E, plus land beginning at land belonging to Isaac Linscott. 1 April 1809 Book 83 Page 176/17 Nov 1810
[Noted: Isaac Linscott's wife, was Horatio Littlefield's sister-in-law, Meribah Stewart Linscott.]
1809 – Horatio Littlefield of Cornish, land in Cornish to Jotham Stewart, 25 acres from land bought of William Linscott. [Noted: Jotham Stewart, was 2nd cousin of Hannah Stewart, Horatio Littlefield's wife.]
1814 – land in Cornish from Horatio Littlefield, Cornish to Oliver Pike of Cornish 5 acres +25 acres of 50, [rest sold previous to Jotham Stewart]. Book 89 Page 222/21 Jan 1814
