Biography

James L Litton was born December 20, 1914.[1]

Luthur Litton was enumerated as son of the head of household at Zwolle - Mitchell Road, Little Bayou Scie, Sabine Parish, Louisiana for the April 30, United States Census, 1930. He was noted as born 1915 in Louisiana and single as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Emmit L Litton, wife Ora Litton, daughter Clara A Litton and roomer Charlie Williams.[2]

On April 1, 1935, Luther Litton lived in rural Sabine Parish, Louisiana.[3]

Luther Litton was enumerated as son of the head of household at Police Jury Ward 8, Sabine Parish, Louisiana for the April 22, United States Census, 1940. He was noted as born 1916 in Louisiana and single as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Emmett Litton, wife Ora Litton and daughter Clara Litton.[3]

James L Litton is listed in the October, 1991 United States Social Security Death Index. He had received his Social Security number in Louisiana.[1]

As listed in the Find A Grave Index,[4] James Luther Litton is buried at Progress Cemetery in Pleasant Hill, Sabine Parish, Louisiana.[5]
