Matthew Lively married secondly on 09 Nov 1822 in Warren County, Kentucky to Martha "Patsey" Ann Allcock

He resided in Warren County, Kentucky from 1827 until his death.

He died on 15 Jan 1834 in Warren County, Kentucky and was buried there at Sam Duncan Farm Cemetery. [1]
