Biography

Charles was born about 1884 to Harry S and Maggie Livingston. He registered for the draft in Hamilton County, Tennessee.[1] He married Helen S. They were living with his parents in Tennessee in 1920.[2] When he passed away, he was buried in the Garden of the Last Supper, Tallahassee Memory Gardens, Tallahassee, Florida.[3]
