Muscoe was born about 1742. He was the son of John Livingston and Frances Muscoe. He was a slave owner in Essex county, Virginia.
He married Mary Abner.
Elmwood Estate, Loretto, Essex County. The home of Muscoe Livingston in 1795. It was sold in 1798 after his death to William Andrews.
He passed away in 1797.
