Gawdyn, of Meisgyn, Penychen, Glamorgan, Wales, was born about about 1305[citation needed] to Llywelyn ap Cynwrig and Jonet ferch Cynfyn Fychan.[1] He married a daughter of Rhys and was the father of Ann, who married Bleddyn ap Hywel. Gawdyn died in Wales in. . .

Research Notes
- The relationship of Gawdyn and his father was marked uncertain, possibly as a leftover from when this profile was attached to one with death date of about 1280 (now ap_Hywel-45). The relationship status has changed (since it cannot be cleared) to Confident. Confident may be a bit strong, but Uncertain is too strong the other way.
