Mary died in Killarney aged 68. Her obituary refers to her as "relict of the late Captain Hugh Falvey, of the 75th Regiment of Foot and daughter of the late Francis Lloyd, of the Royal East India Company, and afterwards of the Commissariat Department at Madras."[1].
