Biography
Lillian was the daughter of William Lock and Esther Levien of Nelson.
She married on 23 December 1930 to Samuel Frank McHarg and was his first wife. (Samuel McHarg remarried in 1951)
One known child was born during their marriage, a son.
Lillian remarried between 1946 and 1949 to Carpenter/Builder, Henry Harcourt Young.
They remained in Nelson for some years before moving to the North Island.
Lillian died age 88 (widowed), at Baycare, Hururu Falls in 1995 and is buried at Paihia cemetery. PUBLIC LAWN BLK A PLOT 411.
