Biography
James Locke, son of Samuel Locke and Rebecca Richardson, born in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts, on Sept 13, 1739 [1]; married (1) Rebecca Wilder, Feb 2 1762; daughter of Col Joseph Wilder, 2nd husband to his mother; she died March 9 1769; and (2) Martha Wright. He died in early 1772.
