On 10 May 1810 Jonathan and David Locke testified that Elizabeth Berry was daughter of William and Judith Berry and that she married Christopher Palmer and had a son Jonathan Palmer. They stated that Judith (Locke) Berry (wife of William Berry) was daughter of Nathaniel Locke and his wife maiden name Hermins who came from England (Note she was possibly his second wife because she was “young” but could have been his first wife). Mrs (Hermins) Berry had a coat of arms with the name John Hermins.[3][4]
Judith Locke died in Greenland, Rockingham County, January 19, 1753, she was 97 years old.

Thanks Anne B. I concur. I did an "auto-adopt" of a bunch of profiles and hadn't gotten to this one yet. We should recruit Jeanie to work on this line. I think she's become an authority of this lineage. What my notes say is that she was daughter of Nathaniel Locke and Sabina Hermins. That was based on court testimony. I'll disconnect the parents.
Hi Roland, Judith born this date in New Hampshire, would not have been dtr of Thomas and Christena who didn't leave England and I'm pretty sure are the previous generation.
