Biography
Elmira Ann (Annie) Lockhart was born about 1843[1] in Lockhartville, Nova Scotia. She was the daughter of Oliver Lockhart and Sophia Terfry. She married Capt. John Harding Porter on May 19, 1864 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.[2] They had four children.
