This profile is part of the Lockhart Name Study.
Hugh was born about 1908 in Nova Scotia. He was the son of Nathan Lockhart and Mabel Saunders. The family moved to Saskatchewan shortly after Hugh was born, and were living there at the time of the 1916 census.[1]
