David Lumbard / Lombard was born October 16, 1650, in Springfield, Hampden county, Massachusetts, the son of John Lombard and Joan (Pritchard) Lombard. ^[1]

David married Margaret Filley, born 1655, in Windsor, Hartford county, Connecticut. They were the parents of ten children. ^[2]
