Biography
Note: May be the son of John Laugwitz and Polly Long. Polly's parents may have adopted her son. However, Polly and John were not married until 1930 and they have another child and neither of them died young. Joe lists Horace Long and Madie Bryant as his parents on his Social Security Application. I believe Joe was born in 1929 not 1928 as his records reflect.
