Biography
Harriet was the daughter of Luther Calvin and Emma Jane Elliott Longwell.
In 1908, she married John Fillmore Burgess. The couple lived in Oil City for the rest of their lives.
"Mrs. Harriet Longwell Burgess of 308 Cowell Avenue, died suddenly (1968) in the Oil City Hospital.." She was a member of of the Second Presbyterian Church, the YWCA, and the Belles Lettres Club.
