Agate was born 13 Jul 1748 and was baptized the same day in Pointe-Claire (St-Joachim). Parents were Jean Baptiste Richer dit Louveteau and Marie Henry. Godparents were Dominique Charlebois and Marie Joseph Dubois (signature). [1]
On 15 Feb 1768, in Pointe-Claire (St-Joachim), Jean Baptiste Bourguignon widower of Antoinette Cuvillon, son of Charles Bourguignon dit Perillard and Marie Louise Lavallée, married Agathe Richer daughter of Jean Baptiste Richer dit Louvetau and Marie Henrie. Witnesses included the bride's father, no signatures. [2]
Dispensation was obtained for a 4th degree of affinity.
On 14 May 1798, in St-Eustache, Jacques Guillotte widower of Geneviève Careau married Agathe Riché widow of Jean Baptiste Périllard dit Bourguignon. Witnesses included many named relatives including the groom's sons, no signatures. [3]
Agathe Richer, 58 year old wife of Jacques Guillot, died 26 Aug 1810. She was buried 2 days later in St-Eustache cemetery. [4]
