Hannah Loveless, daughter of John Loveless and Hannah Vincent, was born in 1776 at Horton Township, Nova Scotia. She died 18 Mar 1856 at Berwick, Kings County, Nova Scotia, and was buried at Berwick Cemetery.[1]
Hannah married 23 Feb 1797 at Horton, Nova Scotia, Abner Woodworth, son of John Woodworth and Submit.[2]
The following is written in John V. Duncanson’s Township of Falmouth, Nova Scotia:
“Hannah (Sarah) Lovelessb. 1 Feb. 1765 Falmouth Tsp. Bk.; d. 1856. Chute Gen. lists her name as Hannah; m. Abner Woodward who was b. at Cornwallis, N.S.; there is a tradition in the Dodge family that Sarah Loveless marr. Gardiner Dodge Sr., father of Gardiner Dodge, b. c Aug. 1808.”[3]
Note: Hannah and her older sister Sarah have been conflated.
