Biography
Evelyn was born in 1848. She was the daughter of John Eaton and Elsea E. (Davis) Lowell. She married at Round Pond Ephraim Kelley Alley. She passed away in 1892 and is buried at Alleys Bay Cemetery in Beals, Maine. [1]
